Delivery Time

Our shipping process consists of two phases:

Once you place your order, it goes through confirmation, quality check, and packaging.
Orders are processed within 12–48 hours, after which you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Time (5-8 Business Days)

After your order is shipped, it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) in the United States.

Please note: During peak seasons (e.g., holiday periods or promotional campaigns like Black Friday), or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you in case of any delays.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States .
All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

If your tracking number appears inactive, please allow up to 3 business days for the information to update.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed include applicable taxes.
No additional customs duties apply.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to correct the address. Once updated, we will attempt to resend your order.
